Terrible company. Fails to properly remove snow from driveways and puts the snow on sidewalks and other peoples lawns. Do not at all recommend them. Also extremely loud and can show up at any time of night.
I have hired Marc to plow my driveway for a few years now. Always extremely reliable. I have never had an issue or complaint in regards to his services and have never had to chase him down like some other snow removal companies. Very happy with his services and would highly recommend.
I hired this company for the first time last year for snow removal services and have just hired them again for this upcoming winter. Very pleased with their service. Driveway was cleaned numerous times during snow storms and they always came back after the plow went by. Excellent service. I never have to chase them down to come and clean the driveway like I used to do with another company.
This is the first year I have used 2nd Nature and I am extremely happy with the service and I will certainly be using them next season and recommending them to others. Thanks for a worry free winter
Very unreliable and when Marc does choose to show up he doesn’t plow the whole paved driveway. One would think that you would plow until you reach the edges of the pavement. Totally ignores the terms of his contract and gets very rude and unprofessional when I inquire about the services inwhich I paid in advance for.
6 houses on our section of the street hired 2nd Nature last year, including us. First snow removal company we have hired. They would come and do 1 or 2 of the houses and leave. Often we were blocked in from the plow passing and would shovel ourselves out to go to work, only to have to shovel ourselves out to be able to get back in at the end of the work day. Did not hire them this year. They came to do the neighbours this morning and blew snow all over the locate we had completed yesterday.
First time giving Marc my business...he did not disappoint with the 1st heavy snowfall of the season. Driveways cleared by 730 a.m. Keep up the great work Marc!
I was sad to have seen those negative comments. I used Marc, who is the owner, to do snow removal probably 15 years ago when his company used to be called 2nd Nature Landscaping. He was a decent man and always on time. I was not sure what happened to him over the years. I am asking him to do my snow removal this year and give him a chance to improve.

Artistic recommended 2nd Nature, as Artistic no longer covered our area for snow removal. Two of my neighbors have also been using 2nd Nature. I know we will not hire him again.
The company that clears the drive next door, with a walk behind blower, is ALWAYS johnny on the spot & thorough.
2nd Nature is not reliable, dislodged steps (due to bad stake marking) without righting them, is not thorough (same experience as in the abun6593 review below), and does not return messages.
My husband has a heart attack 2 months ago so we hired 2nd nature to do our snow removal. they do not clean up to 2 ft in front of the garage- we had to shovel- and my driveway is on an angle, they leave about 2 inches of packed snow on the driveway needless to say that can turn into ice very quickly with rain. When I called to discuss this I was told they would be happy to refund my money ( too late to book another company) and that no-one complains about this ( not true, see above review
I hired this company to plow my driveway last year, and I was so pleased. I was worried that the snow would not be removed in time for me to get to work, but it always was. They made multiple visits on heavy snow days, and knowing that I didn't have to worry about the snow was a relief! I will definitely be hiring them again this year.
I hired 2nd Nature property maintenance to clean up my front yard. They did an awesome job. Removed all the weeds that were overtaking the plants. Edged the beds properly, put down mulch and even replanted some plants they thought would look better elsewhere to give them more room. My front yard looks fantastic.
One of the worst plow companies out there I used a snowblower to move snow then they have... and when I touched base with them to talk about time I was told they don't sit and the end of the driveway waiting then pulled there Business from me with a portion of what I paid...
