From start to finish Ed and Brian have made the process of installing the gas line for our pool heater easy and seamless. The planning, product, work ethic and workmanship have exceeded our high standards. Great value. A pleasure to deal with and recommend them most highly.

I really appreciated the service Ed & Brian provided. They were thorough, open and honest about the repair, and gave me options to consider in terms of repair and replacement. I will be calling Ed's Pipeworks again.

On-time, fair price, and polite staff. I had a bad experience with another couple pipefitters because I had two red tags to get cleared. Their staff were knowledgeable, and helpful. They came when they said they would, they quoted me a fair price and came in on budget. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to two friends. I'll be passing their number around.

    Headaches Gone!!!

After numerous technicians were head scratching around my boiler trying to figure out what was happening to my system, I was given Ed's Pipeworks name and number directly from the boiler manufacturer and were told they were their service advisers and local reps. Ed himself arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly and provided me with a quote at no cost to once and for all fix my problem. The work was then carried out and we haven't had a technician back since. We went from banging our heads against the wall to no problems with one call. Thanks, and it's nice to know that there are actually techs out there who can service the equipment they sell!

Where did my hot water tank go?

In 2009 Ed's Pipeworks installed a furnace and water heater in my home. During the process they removed Direct Energy's rental water heater. The water heater was not returned to Direct Energy despite being a new tank and having a Direct Energy tag on it. According to Ed's Pipeworks my wife told them to throw it out? She obviously denies ever saying that and is very upset that they would blame her for their mistake. It is an industry standard to have all rental tanks returned to the proper owner upon new intallations. Anyway, this mistake cost me over $900. Have a look at the attached pictures of the water tank gas line. I also have to pay to have it removed. I'm not a professional but I don't think gas lines should be attached to moveable objects? That is a temporary solar panel base while my roof is being repaired. What an incredibly bad experience.
