Make It Green Garden Centre

Agree with other reviewer..all negative review may be faked by one person. Based on my positive experiences, i would want to know other side of the story and full details before believing negative reviews and customers atritudes. Im not a big a regular customer but I have shopped here for 12yrs.Sometimes go for advice,they treat me wonderfully,exact same as when buying items. I too bought trees, one died a yr later, showed photo and they gave me full refund as they no lomger carried same tree.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of plants and trees. I have returned a tree without any issues at all. Will definitely shop here again.

Terrible customer service and a very rude owner. Spent over $2000 on trees, flowers and shrubs. I also got them delivered and installed. One of the trees died right after planting and the other one died within 5-7 month. All the trees had 5 year warranty but we never got the replacement trees or any reply from them. I live very close to this nursery and I would never go back there again. They don't even deserve one star!!!

Excellent selection and quality of gardening items. Customer service is exceptional - friendly and courteous staff. Always so helpful. Overall, a very professional business which I would highly recommend.

Terrible, low quality products with ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I'm assuming all of the negativs reviews on here for the centre bust be faked by one angry customer because over the years I have received nothing but amazing customer service from MIG . Everytime I go in I am greeted with friendly workers eager to help me and educate me on whatever plants or supplies I am looking for. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for quality products and service !

WORST Customer Service I have experienced in my life. TERRIBLE attitude by staff members and owner. I wanted to EXCHANGE a plant the very next day I purchased it and I had receipt and they would NOT even consider it, even though the plant I purchased (with the help of store employee) was found out to bePoisionous to pets and children and with a puppy and baby granddaughter I could not keep the plant. OWNERS answer was Give It To Someone Else! I will NEVER EVER step foot in that store AGAIN!!!!
