If I could give this place one star, I would. Super sketchy with extremely high-pressure sales. I signed up for a consultation and was called FIVE times within less than 24 hours, despite having provided an email that they could contact me at. At the appointment I was told that I could split the payments, but they charged my credit card for the full amount. When I called to ask about this, the response was Does it really matter?. I still have not received my refund.

Great Services, more affordable than other clinics, best materials. A+ Nurse specialists, Laya is the best. Book with her. Highly recommended. Our whole family are client of them from Botox to Coldsculpting. Not only we come back but also we refer our friends.

Got a terrible experience doing Botox injections in Thornhill location. Instead of brand 'Botox' was injected with 'Dysport'. Only 30 injections were done instead of 40 injections I paid for. No visible results, except pain in upper lip. After complaining to Main office in Brampton, got a call from nurse Laya Hazarei, who did the injections in Thornhill. She was rude and laughing at me. There is no doctor at Thornhill location.

I went in to the clinic for a filler treatment for my lips, inwas greeted and acknowledged as soon as i approached the front desk, laya who was the nurse that did my treatment came out on time and greeted me with a warm friendly smile, the room was very clean, laya explained every step of the procedure and allowed me to ask any questions, i was scheduled a follow up appointment, i would highly recommend this spa and am very happy with my results!
