This place is great the owner Julie was beyond nice and amazing especially after staying open late when Im not a regular and making sure I would be able to be on the road by the next day great customer service and looks like I might use them for my major repairs thanks for getting that fixed and thanks for staying after hours to make sure I could make it to work awesome job guys wish more garages were like you!

These people are careless, the owner thinks she knows it all, and will try to boss you around like a little kid, awesome customer service skills, as long as youre out the door quickly and dont come back with an issue. So, no I dont recommend this place.

Best Customer Service I have Received!

All I can say is WOW! I received the best customer service from Julie and her staff. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my truck. It was recommended to me that I go to Julie's Tire & Auto by a friend who has been going there for years(as well as her whole family) after my bad experience at a larger “chain” shop...now I know why! Trust me I will be keeping Julie's Tire & Auto as my regular shop to take ALL of my vehicles from now on. Keep up the great work!

Rude, didnt liste...

Rude, didnt listen to what i was saying i needed so i had to repeat myself several times. not to mention the countless time i kept being put on hold and again had to keep repeating myself. I asked if they had used in the size i was looking for and instead of just saying no we only have new, the lady starts telling me prices of the tires (new). Better off going to queenston or enns!!!! For new or used. Dont feel they even deserve my one star but i had to put one in order to submit this review.
