Wait time no longer than for other doctors. Kind compassionate care. Very speedy and efficient referral!

Waited around for 20 minutes in a full waiting room before overhearing the receptionist tell another patient that the doctor was not actually there and would not be there for awhile since he was driving in from Scarborough. Asked what time I would be seeing the doctor and she told me at least an hour after my 5:45pm appointment time. No thanks. No one else in the waiting room seemed bothered by this so maybe this is normal for the doctor but so awful for patients with other things to do...

Good doctor, thorough and answered all my questions. Longish wait times but that's pretty common anywhere these days.
