Automoves shipped two vehicles for me between Toronto and Edmonton, one in each direction, door to door. The communication with the sales and the pricing was good. Communications with the operations was generally good to fair. No online tracking which was disappointing. Transit time was acceptable and vehicles arrived in good condition. If tracking was available would have given them a 5 star rating. Have shipped many cars and would say their service is good value.
We moved 2 vehicles for this company and only got paid for one. It has been 197 days and we don't get any call back or response from emails. Not a company you want to deal with that keeps the money for themselves.
Suppose to be at 7 am to deliver the car agreement by phone for the hour the night before. More than 3 hours later no see no news try to call text but no answer back.
Had my Mercedes GTS delivered from Mercedes Downtown Calgary
to Toronto earlier this October. Mark explained all the
details and arranged a pick up in 3 days. Their enclosed
service cost was $400.00 less than competition and the
delivery time was exactly one week. Lady at their Queensway
Toronto location was very professional and accommodated
after hours delivery to my condo. Very happy with service
and value provided.
We shipped 2 vehicles with this company, the first one arrived at destination 3 weeks late after multiple phone calls and promises of next day delivery.
the vehicle had $2750.00 in damage after we received it in Europe.
The second vehicle was already on route at that time.
this particular vehicle completely disappeared from the planet and is yet to be found.
This company will have some explaining to do when we visit them in January 2018. Sergey.
This was the first time I had a car shipped, the experience was very good. Pick up and delivery were prompt, no damage occurred during transport and Automoves rep was very professional and understanding, even after numerous questions and requests for clarification. I would definitely use Automoves service again.
This company is very not reliable. I needed to ship my car from Ottawa to Barrie. According to them my car was in their yard and they kept on promising delivery everyday and nothing was made. And it's continued from Monday to friday, every single day they were telling me that car will be delivered, but nothing... They do not pick up the phone. Very upset and disappointed... Think twice before contacting this company....
It looks like a good company as long as pay them, afterwards vehicle arrived with 4000+ in damages and no return calls from anybody nor dispatcher Andrew nor Jennifer. Mailboxes are full.
Use other companies! Legal battle started.
Automoves delivered my 1967 Mustang from Quebec to Halifax earlier this week. The car was in pristine condition and I wanted to make sure it's taken care of properly from point A to point B. After talking to the reservations office, Howie, the driver, was in constant communication throughout the shipment, picked the vehicle up as scheduled and delivered as promised. It was clockwork delivery. A+ service!
Automoves helped deliver my Land Rover project cars from Nova Scotia to Brampton. This shipment was somewhat challenging as the seller was only available at certain times, the vehicles were in terrible condition and required special handling. I have to admit, Mark and Andy were very patient with helping me line this up. It took 2 weeks to finally meet the sellers schedule but once the vehicles were loaded the truck got to
Mississauga in 3 days. Truly professional service!

Mark was the person i dealt with and he was very attentive to all my questions. We were allowed to ship personal effects unlike other companies that we called. Our cars got delivered in 7 days from drop off. Fast service and fair price.
Very happy with my shipments so far. I buy cars as a hobby for restoration and sometimes resale. Mark and his team have been very accommodating with my requests for non running cars that needed special handling, had extra parts and separate engines. The price has always been fair and the timeline faster than most.
