Pinchos or pintxos are bite-sized snacks that are enjoyed in tabernas (bars) in Spain over drinks with friends and family. Fun and festive, pinchos are an addictive way to enjoy happy hour. And while you’ll never see them on the menu at Barsa Taberna, they’re available Monday to Thursday, 4:30-6:30pm - you just have to ask. The ingredients are inspired by the season and are selected from The St. Lawrence Market, just across the street.
