Canadian Medical Imaging

A female (Caucasian) who registered me for a radiology service was nice, polite and patient. A female technician (Pilipino ?) with horrible manners, very rude, very impatient, kind of passive aggressive, neither communicating to a patient what was she doing nor giving instructions to what patient needs to do. She was tensed and abrupt while providing service. I would be hesitant to go back.

The front desk staff is nice. But this female technician who works on both mammogram and ultrasound is extremely rude to the degree I have never seen. She is very inpatient too. Terrible experience!

Two weeks later a...

Two weeks later and my ultrasound report hasn't been forwarded to my doctor yet. While at doctors they called for it to be faxed over and it took them over an hour and a half to forward it. Ultrasound tech didn't even care where pain was although I pointed out the specific area. He focused more on other areas.
