The bike department, particularly Kaveh, provides excellent customer service!
Once again, wins the prize for worst Canadian Tire in Canada. Waited like a fool at the paint counter in the hope of getting a key cut. Pressed the "Call for Help" button multiple times, no one came. I flagged down someone from another department. She calls on the walkie-talkie. Again, no one comes. She says "They are hiding. You have to walk down to Customer Service." Huge line-up there. I give up. This place does not care about your time or you. I should have learned this by now. Every time I
Terrible terrible auto service. Was charged for services that I didnt give consent of. Autoworkers didnt provide clear explanation of the services and the associated costs and didnt receive consent from me before start doing works on my car. I was forced to pay for services I didnt need. Autoworkers and supervisors and managers were impatient at answering my questions. They kept passing the buck and dont actually solve issues for me.
Very poorly run. Management is rude and staff are clueless. You can't get any help and when you find someone, they don't even know where things are in their own store. Store looks run down!
Terrible customer service. Auto told the part need to replace, went to dealer they said it doesn't need to replace
Sold me a discharged car battery. I installed it & the car won't start - so I put a charger on, and it starts. Took it back - floor manager Ron Cairns gave poor attitude, refused to exchange battery & rudely told me to "leave my store". I also went in for oil change before, they tried to upsell me and said my tires were out of alignment when my mechanic check & it was fine. A lady also broke down crying because they pressured her & did work she didn't ask for on her car. So bad.
