GTA Restoration

Basement apt flooded and I unfortunately got involved with this company. Worst mistake of my life. They drastically over charge to the tune of $21k plus and (I feel) prey on people in an emergency situations. Everything from saying the walls are 3 feet higher in their quote than the walls actually are (to pad the bill) to delaying sending the invoice for final payment and attempting to charge me LATE FEES FOR NOT PAYING!! I wrote them numerous times asking for the bill.

Don't use anyone else until you try GTA Restoration.  Service A+ Response A+ cleanup organization and skills - A+. Desperate for someone to help me from a locker flood they never waivered on their response time ability to do the work or efforts they made for me a single elderly woman. One Phrase sums them up "Kindness Costs Nothing". Tony and  Suni were respectful of my things and very patient in putting everything back in place. GTA we are luck to have them.  I am referring them to all the Property Managers and Home Owners that need immediate service from fire to flood. You answered our call late in the evening and worked until 4:00 A.M to get the water out and start the drying process quickly. Then the next day you stayed with us as we discovered mold problem from water the house has previously had, and you guys handled the remediation process professionally, thoroughly and promptly. GTA Restoration has done a few jobs for me in the past four years. On all jobs they have proven to be very professional in all aspects of there job from start to finish. Mr Jason is very knowledgeable in his work and identified all the problems I was having with my building, he and his company came out and did all repairs that he identified, and did this in a timely manner, and on budget. I would hire GTA Restoration again and would highly recommend them too anyone!
