Location: 208 Bloor Street West. Horrible customer service. The lady at the reception was extremely rude and had no sort of customer service skills whatsoever. She claimed she was only being “firm” when in actual fact she was just being plain rude! There’s a way to speak to clients and if you don’t know how to do so, then perhaps you shouldn’t work in a client facing role! Extremely unhappy and disappointed!

I've been coming to this lab for over a decade for bloodwork and urine tests. The techs are good at finding the vein and are very efficient. My doctors get the results within days. The staff can have an off day but I find that if I maintain a smiling face and good disposition I get quick service with me out the door in a decent amount of time.

Terrible service. I got yelled at by the receptionist basically because I called twice to follow up on a very important test result! On a different note Their NIPT tests takes longest than all other labs. So I don't recommend for any pregnancy related screening!
