Terrible service, lost referral page.

I handed in two referrals, when I showed up for my ultrasound, I found that they lost one of them and I spent several minutes arguing with the imbecile at the front desk. They obviously had received both referrals because the doctor's name was in their system. I couldn't get the receptionist to understand what was wrong. Now I have to get another referral for a different clinic, this place is USELESS and I wouldn't go there again, even though it is directly across the street from my apartment.
