Playa Cabana Hacienda

Server was not professional.. our bill came up to $250 with tax and we paid total $300 with tip...making that a $50 tip. The waiter calculated 2x in front of us to make sure everything was correct and we thought 20% was sufficient. He then said it wasnt proper amount of tip and made us feel like we owed him more. We gave another $5 because we didndidnt want any arguments and that made it $55 tip equalling to 22%. I was disgusted by the waiters attutude..absolutely disgusted. We were a group of

The tacos were too spicy and when we informed the waiter he shrugged and said thats how it is prepared. Never again.

Even thoughh we had reservations they made us wait over 20 min to get our table because they gave it away. Our server got everyone order wrong which made they wait for the food be double what it supposed to be, and he had the audacity of chrgibg us for his mistakes and would not remove the extra items! Never coming back, horrible service and management. Dont waste your time there

This place has a great atmosphere. The music wasn't too loud, so casual dining was nice. Our server (we believe his name was Matt, he had an accent) was very knowledgable and wasn't overly trying to upsell constantly. The food was fantastic and tasted great. If you come with multiple people, you can get many different tacos and share between each person. All in all, great place to grab food.
