Why did Sketchley become the Shylock of Toronto dry cleaners The cost for dry cleaning a single shirt at Sketchley’s has now ballooned to $8.99 or $10.16 after tax - two or three times the equivalent cost elsewhere in Toronto. I was shocked when I picked up my standard shirt. Of course, the attendant could not have cared less. By the way, perhaps to warrant your increase in charges, they no longer open my local store until 12 noon. Perhaps staying home to count their money?
