I used their repair service for my a/c. I was able to book it quickly, got a clear straight forward price on the phone and the technician was experienced, knowledgeable and polite. He followed up with the work, finding and supplying the part that our a/c needed the same day and finished the work the same day. I had to call another company couple of years ago fir our furnace repair and I had a very difficult time with them because finding someone on the phone and talking to them was difficult

I called this company to make an appointment for some one to come and take a look at my AC unit. The man on the phone told me that he would call me back when he thought he could come by. When he called back he quoted me a ridiculously high price to just look at the unit. When I called him out on that he yelled and swore at me. So not only will they rip you off but if you ask what's up with that they'll insult you. They look professional online but they are NOT. Don't get ripped off!
