Trillium Health Partners Queensway Health Centre

I was there the other night with terrible pain in my shoulders, back, neck and left side for the last week. I did not hurt myself so this was very random. The doctor I had refused to do anything for me. I asked for tests because I know there’s something wrong. He replied back with “absolutely not” and proceeded to walk away. He told me to follow up with my family doctor and take Advil. This is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. I told him off and walked out. Never going back again!

Even my stay in Urgency clinic on Queensway was over 4 hours, they did everything right. Starting with triage nurse, to final good bye. Excellent care, great interaction with patients, polite and helpful.

Amazing service

I had been to the location twice 1st time there where quite a few people and it took me around 30 minutes to get to registration and after that 15 minutes in and out so total 45 minutes and friendly atmosphere, 2nd time complete time including treatment was not more than 20 minutes great service, should have more care center's like this

Overall experience ..its like a garage in an out ..didnt get the feeling they really cared ..doctor spent less then a minute with me..unless your dying ..DONOT COME HERE ..

Excellent service and care

Came to almost empty place with a few patients and two and a half hours later no one came . When ask when we will see a doctor the nurse sitting at counter didn't even looked up and said : Soon. Hour later i left because I was extremely uncomfortable my ears were discharging, I couldn't hear - that was a reason why I came. I don't know what to do. The indifference of the staff shocked me. I guess they get paid regardless.

Amazing, I was honestly in and out and barely waiting at all, usually at emergency clinics you are waiting hours on end, sometimes up to 4 hours or so. Not with this place, it was fast and efficient and I was there for only 40 minutes. I recommend this to everyone.

It's a modern hea...

It's a modern health centre. I've been there with kidney stones (urgent care), and I enjoyed it (as much as I could in my situation). The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of in-house diagnostic equipment. The specialists affiliated with Trillium are also very good. One important note: it's not a regular walk-in clinic! The urgent care centre is more like ER for non-life threatening yet urgent health issues.
