My Zaidy's Pizza

Every time I go in there I promise myself I will not go back!! Out of lack of time and convenience I end up in there again and end up feeling the same way every time. The food is decent enough but the owner and employees really do act as though they are doing you a favor. I have never experienced ruder service and this is totally unacceptable to treat clients this way.

They take all forms of payment and the service is excellent. The pizza is delicious! B"H Tova

Won't be going ba...

Won't be going back there. I called to ask how much a large pie is with half the pie being plain and yhe other mushrooms. They said $16 for the pie and 80 cents for the toppibg sonce it was only half the pie. When I paid (they don't take credit card by the way which they neglected to tell me on the phone) they charged me full price for the toppings. I'm not one to complain about 80 cents but the rudness that came from the owner was insane. Before I left he said next time you come, order half mushrooms and half something else. I said to him there won't be a next time. If there's a company that doesn't keep their word to their customers and treats them like they are doing them a favour by preparing their food then they don't deserve my business or anyone else's for that matter. When I came home and we started eating my wife didnt like their pizza at all. I thought it was decent but nothing like their competitors.

Best Pizza in Thornhill!!!

I am not sure why the reviews are so bad about this place, but my experience there was excellent!!!...I have been to both locations (bathurst & Rutherford) and have yet to find something to complain about. Most recently, I had a small gathering at my place and ordered some appetizer food, before the dinner came. Pizza was cooked to my liking, they were not stingy on the toppings! Avoid all the negative comments and definitely give this place a shot and judge for yourself!

Jazz Pizza or Pizza Nova are better chocies

I've been here twice and both times I have had a terrible experience. The cashier is super arrogant. And I am paying him! We asked them four times to take our order each time we were given a dirty look. We asked what forms of payment they accepted and the guy walked away from us. We thought that we would attribute this to an ESL issue, but had the same thing happen again. This is the worst restaurant in terms of service and I will never go back.

They had a nice barstool counter with what looked like brand new chairs. The Pizza was fresh as I walked in, and the Spicy Fries took 5 minutes. The only slow part was paying. There was only one guy, and he was busy making pizzas.

It is unbelievable how rude these people are. I asked for felafel they said the oil was cold and couldn't give me one. I called the next day to ask if I could order a felafel at 2pm. They said the oil was cold and would not be warm till 4pm. They said they are busy and hung up on me. Rudeness is something that should not be tolerated!

Right when you walk in you feel a certain cozyness you wouldn't feel in any other pizza shop. For seating there are a couple stools at the window, but idealy this place is for takeout. Overall the food is delicious; the pizza is crispy and tasty. With many varieties available as well as other dishes, this local takeout pizza shop is great for lunch, dinner or an afternoon snack!
