    Bought a washer for delivery and install. They force you to buy the hardware for them to install it. However, when they arrived the tubing was not big enough so they refused to do anything about it. They would not not install, or help take the stacking washers off, or show me how to do it. I understand they are on a time limit, but if you are going to make me pay for services, then at least help. Don't offer the services when you are just wanting to rush out.

    very bad customer service, fooling people. make sure every electronic item even their remote works before buying as they would not replace

    Been trying to call about an issue I had with a recent purchase Automated system has told me for the past 30 mins to call during regular business hours Business hours are 9:30am- 9:30pm as per automated system. It's 10:20am!!!?!!?!?! Terrible customer service
