Whitby Chinese Restaurant
The Shanghai Kitchen Restaurant in Whitby is now under new management and quality seems to be their number one priority. The food is very fresh and tasty. The restaurant is more a takeaway/delivery place but the prices and staff are awesome. I would recommend giving the Shanghai Kitchen a try. Everything was wonderful and look forward to more awesome meals from this location.
