I had two cars oil sprayed here last winter.Was early for my 800 appointment and sat across the street to eat.They put it on the hoist and then took it down as soon as i left so they could do a "friends" car another car.I complained they quickly put my car back on the hoist.I just had to fix an unrelated issue and found that only half the job was done.After looking at my other car i again found only parts visible while walking around the car were oil sprayed.Never dealing with this shop again.
I've heard pretty positive reviews of this shop over the years but have recently had a poor experience here. I had brought my vehicle here for an appointment but when I got my car back I found a scrape on the front of the car and a dent. Do not try this place it's better to go somewhere else!
THIS PLACE DAMAGED MY VEHICLE. I dropped my car off in perfect condition and when I left it had scrapes and damage to the rear fender and bumper. Also I found stains all over my roof inside. They gave my car back to me with the stereo jacked up to the highest volume and the car stank. The WORST place I've ever been too. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU VALUE IT.
I was referred to Protint by a friend who works in the auto industry, and because they had such good things to say, my expectations were pretty high going in...and they totally surpassed them! The quality of the job was phenomenal and the service I received from the guys there was even better! Hands down, one of the best customer experiences I've had anywhere!
I originally came to Protint a couple years ago to have my windows tinted and was so thrilled with the outcome and service I have referred many friends and have returned multiple times myself! At my tint appointment I discovered they also detail vehicles, and with 3 small children I have to have a dependable detailer. I wouldnt trust my vehicle to anyone else!
I had an appointment scheduled for the early afternoon. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and waited in the lobby for about 45 minutes. During that time I could hear people in the back yelling and playing music, I knocked on the shop door but the music playing was too loud for them to hear me, I assume. After waiting a while longer I left and called the shop while driving home, one of the salesmen answered the phone and seemed shocked that I had left when I scheduled an appointment 30mins prior to the call. When I explained to him I had waited there for 45mins with no service whatsoever he told me that I should have waited longer or knocked. I told him that the music playing in the shop was too loud for him to hear me knocking, and he could only answer to say there was no music playing and I did not knock loud enough. This is the worst customer service I have ever had not only for my vehicle but by any type of service. To leave no one in the lobby of your shop then blame the customer when you were incapable of hearing people knocking on your front door is absurdly rude and I will never recommend this business to anyone.
