Très mauvaise expérience avec le département du service !

Made an appointment to get my transmission fixed that is on recall and they kept my car for two days and didnt even look at it yet. I would have appreciated a call or a reschedule. Whats the point in making a reservation if they arent even going to look at your car that day.

Tells you they won’t charge, next thing uou know they charge you 50$ for 20 minute for something that tales 5

Je ne sais avec combien de concessionaires j'ai interagis au cours des dernières années mais il y en a vraiment plusieurs et rien n'est comparable et aussi pathétique qu'avec Ford Montmorency à Brossard. Ne comptez surtout pas sur le directeur des ventes qui préfères vous coupez la parole et vous raccrochez au nez plutôt qu'avoir une discussion posée.
