Bruce was very rude and annoyed at having to search for a water leak for 4hrs without being able to locate it. He left without completing the job and his secretary requested credit card info without having produced a bill. Not recommended.

Called Bruce for an estimate on a gas line installation and oven range connection. He sent a Technician (Dorel) from a nearby job to evaluate and got back to me promptly. Front Desk (Evelyn) and Dorel go above and beyond. Highly qualified and competent. Any questions that I had on the billing were addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. Transparency from both sides is key. Thank you!

Bruce needs some P.R.Training. They use 3rd party contractors and dont return phone calls. Never trust a company that charges your credit card upfront.

I had a small job: move my stove 30 inches down one wall. A worker came by to check out the job, gave an estimate, came back the next day, another guy showed up, told the first guy to slow down, sent the first guy home, spoke to no one, stayed for 6 hours, used 20 ft. of pipe when only 3 ft. was needed, never let on that the final bill would be more than twice the estimate. The original purchase price and installation of the stove was two hundred dollars less! The owner was rude and obstinate.

I called bruce at 3 & he had men there in 2 hrs to clear my drain & repair my pipes . All completed within 4 hrs
