Unfortunately, Jukebox burger is not the same as it first was when it opened. The last few times we went, the burgers were overcooked, the bread was hard and we were served by a very rude patron which I assume is either the owner or manager as he was very condescending in the way he talked to us (you DONT do that with customers!). The place was cold, empty and it was very expensive (70$ for 3 - and we only had burgers and soda). I expect this restaurant to close in the near future!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! RUDE STAFF!!!

Honestly, drove all the way from downtown to try this place with my girlfriend. We were very excited. Unfortunately, that all changed very quickly. While the atmosphere was nice, the service was horrible. We got stuck with a waiter who was extremely rude. It's always nice having a waiter correct you on how to pronounce the names on the menu. Who really cares. Extremely rude, especially if you're on a date. I asked for the bill. Doesn't even hand it to you. Leaves it at the corner of the table, so i have to lean over. Ordered a vodka lemonade. Didn't even put the vodka. Trying to trick me. Really? Here's a message to the owners and whoever decides to eat at Jukebox burgers. While your food is good, remember, it's all about the experience. I can go eat a burger and fries at 100 different places in Montreal that's just as good. I came to your place for the experience, and your rude staff ruined that. When restaurants like yours allow your staff to be rude to clients, that's when things go downhill. Burgers and fries. I can go to Baton Rouge for the same price, even cheaper, and have above and beyond service. I even approached your waiter after, and told him of my experience. He started yelling and saying he was working there for 3 years...etc.... If you want to last, don't treat your customers like disposable patrons. IF YOU LIVE IN THE WEST AND YOU'RE HUNGRY, I GUESS ITS AS GOOD AS ANY OTHER FASTFOOD RESTAURANT, IF YOU CAN HANDLE THE HORRIBLE SERVICE. IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE WEST ISLAND, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! OVERPRICED! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Kid friendly restaurant is NOT kid friendly!

This restaurant claims they are kid friendly but does not accommodate requests from children. When asked to substitute the ice cream on the menu for fruit, one of the owner came out with an attitude and refusal and actually lied and claimed to have no fruit...When we commented that we knew they had bananas (the waitress had told us as much) he told us if we don't like it not to come back! And told us to spread the word! So here it is. Please spread the word...not to mention they are overpriced as it is. One burger and fries, one wrap with salad and one kids meal...45$....

Step inside Jukebox Burger and you’ll immediately be taken back to a classic ‘50s diner, complete with black and white tiled floors, bright red booths, vintage signs on the walls, and of course a large jukebox. Enjoy gourmet burgers, hot dogs, mac ‘n’ cheese, poutiness and more. This throwback shake shack is located in the West Island, but it’s totally worth the trip.

Cookies and cream: Montreal's top ice cream sandwiches

Cookies and cream: Montreal's top ice cream sandwiches

Decorated like a classic all-American '50s diner, Jukebox Burger serves up one of the best burgers in the West-Island. Be sure to save some room for dessert – the Joe Louis Ice cream sandwich will knock your socks off. A think layer of vanilla ice cream is sandwiched between two creamy, chocolatey Joe Louis sandwiches. Don't forget the chocolate dipping sauce! If that doesn't sound indulgent, we don't know what does.

Savour the meaty patties at these Montreal burger joints

This place claims to offer the best burgers in town. And you get to be the judge, by having a burger made to your liking. You choose your meat (beef, turkey, chicken, veggie patty) and bread (including white, honey brown, rye, gluten-free, or wrapped with lettuce) and then you top it off with the condiments of your choice. You can also try their specialties or their burgers for big appetites, including the BRGR Tower with 6 patties, 6 slices of cheese, 6 slices of bacon, and some lettuce ... for a semblance of a health component.
