Crown Taxi

Worst customer service ever I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody, François (not sure if it's his real name), anyway the guy who answered the phone was rude and has nothing to do with the client services.

Terrible male driver from crown taxi. He started a road rage by honking and almost hitting multiple cars on the highway. He continued to scream at us for asking him to calm down and drive safely. Then he locked the doors and would not let us out of his cab. We were 3 young females scared for our lives. He forced us to pay for the scariest ride of our lives and Im extremely disappointed in crown taxi as a business for not taking this seriously and returning our phone calls.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever EXPERIENCED. I RATHER WALK then CALL THEM AGAIN. I call them to request a cab and noticed it was going to take forever, i called back to cancel since i couldnt wait. THE GUY on the PHONE VERBALLY abused me. and told me that im just an IMPATIENT customer and FINISHED by threathning me by saying (OH We WILL REMEMBER YOU DNT YOU FORGET ABOUT IT)... I REPEAT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and they must be held accountable for this.

Le répartiteur dit que le taxi va arriver en 5 à 30 minutes -- 1 heure et demie plus tard pas encore arrivé! Malheureusement on n_a que deux choix à Hull (Gatineau) et l autre n est pas mieux (Régal)

The guy will refuse to send the taxi and hang up on you if you dare to call and ask when it is coming.

Mauvais service, attente interminable, voitures sales.

Je suis un client de ce service de taxi depuis 3 ans et aujourd'hui 29 janvier 2018 à 9h15 du matin une dame m’a répondu très grossière par téléphone. Elle m’a raccroché le téléphone trois fois. Je suis déçu que ces types d'employés mettent leur entreprise en mauvaise posture et servent mal les clients.

Disgusting! worst service ever! The taxi really dirty like a garbage and the customer service the worst thing I ever experienced! Pire compagnie, une heure a attendre un taxi et apres apprendre qu'ils ont oublié! genre c'est meme pas une compagnie de taxi' c'est juste un groupe de personnes qui savent pas comment gerer une business comme du monde!!

Crown et Regal sont la même compagnie. Je me suis fait engueuler par le dispatcher pour avoir appellé aux 2 numéros

Am extremely dissapointed with my encounter with this taxi company. My friends and I went to a bar in hull to celebrate my birthday and by the end I was drunk so we decided to taxi home. Driver didnt put the meter on and forced me to pay $60 when it was a $30 dollar ride tops. Called the company the week after because i felt like the man had taken advantage of the fact that i had had a few drinks. Manager did nothing about it and did not express any form of sympathy. Extremely terrible service.

The cab ride and driver was OK, it is the quality of service from the dispatch and the fact that you can't call for a taxi ahead of time.

Très mauvais service. Je prends le temps de réserver un taxi 2 heures à l'avance, car il pleut, et on me dit que c'est impossible. Ils ne peuvent prendre de réservation quand il pleut, car trop de gens appellent et que si ils acceptent ma réservation, ils devront accepter celles de tout le monde. Pas très orienté vers la qualité du service.... La personne qui a pris mon appel a de plus été très condescendante. 0 étoiles sur 5, je me tourne vers d'autres fournisseurs.

Waited an hour for a cab when we were told it wouldn’t be that long.

Very rude people!!! Waited 30 mins. Didn't even get a ride. Called them back, then told me to call someone else. They don't think about the customer. I do NOT recommend this taxi service ???????

Pire compagnie que j'ai eu a faire affaire. Les chauffeurs sont gentils mais le centre appel a besoin d'etre amélioré en fait changé.

Jai attendu le taxi pour une heure et il ne cest jamais presente. Incroyable et plus de ca jetais en retard a mon travail

I waited 30 minutes for a taxi that never showed up. Dispatcher was rude when I called back saying I'd miss my taxi, when I was outside 5 minutes after my call (when he said a 30 minutes wait). Couldn't they have waited 1-2 minutes ? Terrible service and I do not recommend using Crown Taxi.
