As always, they diagnosed my computer problem quickly and were quick in fixing it. Great honest guys who care about their clients and their rates are very reasonable.

J'avais un problème de ventilateur sur mon ordinateur portable, je suis aller les voir et ils ont passé au moins 30 Minutes avec moi à régler plusieurs problème autre que le ventilateur en plus du ventilateur! Le tout gratuitement! Ils sont professionnel et très gentils! Ces gars savent ce qu'ils font!
Make sure you'll be informed about the price. I left my laptop here for reparation and after 24h the store called me and told they cannot repaired the laptop. When coming to the store, they charged me 49$. Imagine they cannot do anything for reparation. Before they told me that diagnostic fee would only be claimed if after diagnostic I decided not to let them repair. But now, they cannot repair at all and told me take my laptop and charge fee. After discussion, the price of diagnostic was down to 24$ ??. I don't understand what is the logic behind but I don't appreciate at all and I don't think it's a good example of honesty.
