The tools of practice involve examples of Pilates, Assisted-Yoga and Traditional Thai-Yoga Massage. Consultations involving postural evaluation, interviewing and coaching are also relevant as part of the services included typically when, and if, required. “Homeworking” is encouraged. This means letting new found habits and practice to infiltrate into some part of daily life.
