Make the most of summer at Montreal's top terraces

Make the most of summer at Montreal's top terraces

Le Pois Penché in Montreal’s downtown core offers up an elegant French bistro reminiscent of 1940’s France. And what could be better than a bustling terrace directly on the busy Maisonneuve Street, right on the sidewalk in true French fashion? While pedestrians walk by your table, enjoy the fresh seafood from their well-stocked raw bar or indulge in decadent French dishes like their beef tartare or their duck confit and salad with salardaise potatoes. Bon appetit!

Dine in style and enjoy superior seafood in Montreal

This Parisian brasserie located on de Maisonneuve Boulevard West offers a fine spread of seafood including a cognac shrimp cocktail, mussels in white wine and shallots, spicy scallop ceviche and fresh oysters. Table for two? Go with the “Le Parisien”, a platter of lobster, shrimp, clams, crab salad, oysters, mussels and scallops.

Where to brunch in Montreal during the Christmas Holidays

Where to brunch in Montreal during the Christmas Holidays

If you’re looking for that Parisian bistro feel in the heart of downtown Montreal, have brunch at Le Pois Penché on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 3:30 pm. Take advantage of their seafood bar, freshly squeezed juices and homemade pastries, and why not treat yourself during the holidays to their lobster Benedict with chunks of sweet lobster, or their oeuf cocotte with fresh black truffle - very decadent! Their Parisian omelette is delicious, and you can also enjoy a classic Montreal St. Viateur bagel with lox.
