Terrible service. I have a GP there, but she is on maternity leave. I have had a stroke and wanted a check-up. They would not give me an appointment unless it was an emergency!

receptionists who are disrespectful over the phone and when a patient finally says something they tell the doctors that the patient is to blame. Dr. Oliva was my GP for over 5 years and when she moved to this clinic I followed her and her care in her patient dropped. Lied, stating I could find a GP in my area when it was a lie and she knew this. Because of her and the infamous Dr. Watts, my rheumatologist, I am now basically bedridden 50% of the time. Rosella Oliva and Craig Watts are the WORST

Ive had multiple bad experiences with both the owner of the clinic and my (ex)GP. If you're looking for reality entertainment this is the place. If you're looking for any sort of serious treatment or medical care I wouldn't touch this place or it's doctors with a 10 foot pole. That being said, the nurses are always a pleasure. They're the only people there worth giving this place even a single star on the review.

I would give this hole 0 starts if I could !! The receptionists are absolutely incapable to provide you any Typ of service. They are rude, condescending and uneducated. I have never dealt with anything like this before. Just to give you the example : A blood test that was suppose to be send to them by Lakeshore and is sitting at Lakeshore for over 5 weeks is not retrievable for them. So I have to run after it.. and they don’t have the courtesy to give any type of guidance what so ever or just ca

The so called Director of operations / Owner “Peter” pretty rude so the front desk agents are a mirror effect of that rudenss, unhelpful, no manners & so unexceptable behaviours!! Don’t forget to repot these events to your Drs only then WE could start changing the way they operate. If you have an emergency this clinic is the worse. Dr. Zwecker, other Drs & nurses are FANTASTIC 5 ?
