I've waited two weeks and still haven't received my report, it's hard to get through on the phone, and no one can solve my problem! So disappointing!

J ai rencontré un médecin incompétent je suis allée faire une biopsie j ai expliqué au médecin que je suis en période d ovulation. Et que je craint être enceinte médecin pensait qu il y a pas d espoir que je le sois comme ça sans se baser sur des preuves scientifiques biopsie faite et effectivement j ai perdu mon bébé cliniue bien sûr qui veut pas reconnaître Auccune nouvelle de ce médecin. Bien sûr

Personnel très gentil et service satisfaisant

La nouvelle succursale de Terrebonne à la Polyclinique médicale est médiocre! 500 $ pour 1h30 d'attente, une secrétaire débordée avec air bête qui porte trois cliniques sur ses bras, erreur de prix malgré ma confirmation préalable par téléphone avec la maison mère, des prises de sang se font à l'exterieur avec attente encore pour cela, la machine à échographie de piètre qualité, mes photos sont vraiment nules comparés à ma 1ere grossesse. Heureusement la technicienne est gentille.

Nous avons été impressionnés, ma femme et moi par la qualité des soins et le professionalisme de toute l'équipe.

Do not go to Ovo clinic. Poor communication between the physicians and the nurses. It's about the $, they are cold and don't care about the overall well being of patients. Finding out that you have an ectopic pregnancy on a piece of paper that the nurse gives you instead of the doctor telling you during your ultrasound is unacceptable. They make you pay big money for tests and services and you rarely see your doctor, even during important procedures. Please don't go.

They are a horrib...

They are a horrible clinic with really bad and incompetitent staff. To them you are only a number and all they want is to make money of are backs. They have ridiculous protocols, they waist your time and have no empathy whats so ever. There are other clinics that can help you much faster and better! Go somewhere else!

Horrible.. horrib...

Horrible.. horrible.. horrible... They gave wrong treatement, wrond advice (as i founf out later from other fertility clinics.. i had no time to waste because im 42 and they wasted my time with delays that were unecessary and wrong treatment protocol... My advice is DO NOT go to this clinic. Its a money making place with no care of the patient.
