I came in with low expectations and left with more pain then I came in with... - ZERO communication as to what I wanted or areas to focus on - She used hot stones...not only where they too hot (possibly second degree burn lol) but she would take like 10mn cycles/breaks to prepare them so I was alwardly waiting on the massage table - At one point she literally pounced on the massage table to akwardly apply pressure to my upper back and lower AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought a deal from Dealfind for Spa Eminence. It is located in China Town. My first visit, the operator was a Taiwanese lady whose command of English after 6 years in Canada was very sketchy so it came out that I had really bad skin etc., etc! This I put down to her lack of English. Next came the owner's daughter, Abby. My second seance with her, the building was locked when I arrived there and when she eventually arrived, we proceeded with the treatment. The following time, I arrived there only to be told that the machine was broken and that she had phoned me the previous day to postpone the appointment and left a message on my iPhone. Well, there was no message on my iPhone and I had her call my phone in front of me and the call registered. As I had taken the time to drive there, pay for parking etc., I was not pleased with this. She was going to phone me once the machine was repaired. That was in February. Mid-April, I still had not heard, so I phoned the Spa. Oh, once again Abby had phoned me and left a message! Guess what, no message on my phone whatsoever! She told me that I was childish to BELIEVE a phone log over HER because she is a very responsible person. Essentially Abby is OLD NEWS!!. How can you TRUST someone like that?
