Incredibly careless work. This year he had an 11am appt to change my tires. Texted me at 8am to come for 830... had to call my bf and wake him up sunday morning to get them out since i wasnt home. He changed them, but then i had a slow leak on my back tire. He came to check it and said there was too much pressure and lied saying he checked for nails and leaks. 1 week later I found a leak from simply hearing it. Will never hire him again. Who lies to their clients when they make a mistake?!
. Work is careless, every time I used them there was a problem. Got a flat each time due to damaged aur valve. Referred him to others on my street, they all has problems from flats to forgetting to put back all the screws. My last change was the clincher the guy installed the rims wrong he put the rear rims in the front , and the front rims on the rear of the car causing them to rub against shocks & ruining the tires. Then tried to blame the car manufacturer. Wouldn’t accept responsibility.
Not reliable at all. Changed appointment twice and than cancelled it. Arrogant and rude. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT deal with him. I rather pay twice than have to get aggravated and upset. Bad, Bad and BAD !!!
This guy doesn't balance tires. I am not sure if he doesn't have the right equipment or is too lazy. At speeds over 100 km your wheels will wobble, under 100 km per hour you won't notice it much. Unbalanced tires will wear your tires and consume more gas. For $20 more get a professional as you are not saving anything in the long run. Very bad experience with this guy, no weights on the wheels, this is gross negligence.
I call him to change my tire for the winter season and he did very fast. I have been a customer for about 4 years and have always been impressed with the service, speed, and honestly.
The only reason he has one tire it's because I can't put none. Terrible Customer service! We had to reschedule 3 times with him. On the third time he didn't even show up and didn't even call. When we called him an hour later, he told us that he had slept in. We were up at 6:30am, prepared all of our tires and nothing! We told him to forget it. Not impressed at all.
I was impressed , they changed and balanced the tires of my Bentley bmw with runflats and panamera for less than any garage i ve been to plus it only took 2 hours and I was at home enjoying my sunday morning with my kids
