I have never in 55 years given a bad review , but I had too Every bad review I read about this company is true, I say that not because what I read was Unacceptable business practices but were all the exact things that happened to me while dealing with this company. Bad Attitude, bad service, no curtesy phone calls, and work never completed after 7 weeks past the due date and 6 calls placed. DONT USE THEM. Cette entreprise est la pire quil soit. Leur travail est de mauvaise qualité, avec plusieurs fuites depuis qu’ils ont installé nos vitres de douche. Maintenant, avec la fuite la plus récente, ils ne se sont pas présenté a QUATRE reprises après une promesse que quelquun viendrait. They take down your info and lots of smiles and then never show up. I have a Depanneur that needs new windows and doors,they were referred to me by a few others. Maybe they only like Francophone customers.

COMMERCE À ÉVITER! Nous leur avons confié une moustiquaire à réparer il y a plus de deux mois et ils nous remettaient de semaine en semaine en nous disant que ce nétait pas encore prêt mais que ça le serait bientôt. Finalement, à bout de patience, nous nous sommes présentés pour constater que rien navait été fait et, pire encore, quils ne pouvaient effectuer ce travail. Donc, à chaque fois quon leur parlait, ils nous mentaient ou navaient pas la rigueur ou le professionnalisme de vérifier.

Customer service is BIG Zero. Delay after delay, no respect to clients or their jobs. Just want your money. No recommendation at all.

Service inexistant! J'ai rarement vu un service à la clientèle aussi désorganisé. Aucun retour d'appel et ce après plusieurs appels. Le comble est quand on tombe sur leur boîte vocale va dit : " Vous êtes bien chez Vitrerie Charlebois, NE LAISSEZ AUCUN MESSAGE SUR LA BOÎTE VOCALE". Tout un service à la clientèle... bravo

Le service offert cette entreprise est inexistant, irrespectueux. « je n'ai pas à m'excuser pour les délais » « la dame à qui vous avez parlé ne travaille plus ici et c’est tant mieux", « allez ailleurs », « Je me fout que vous soyez insatisfait » « Vous me faites perdre mon temps », « je me fout de vos commentaires » « Ne revenez pas ». En plus de me lancer mon dépôt. Je n'ose pas imaginer la réaction de la personne au comptoir si je ne n'étais pas resté poli malgré un retard de près de 3 mois.

Terrible business to deal with. Never again

. If at all possible avoid dealing with these people. First I was given a quote of 250.00 for fixing a glass table after I described the issue and sent pictures of the problem. When the delivery guys picked the table up they decided it was not enough and I was charged another $75. I was between a rock and a hard place and so I agreed . They told me the job would be done in 2 weeks. It took 7 weeks and several calls before delivery, The same delivery guys were very rude and uncooperative.

Terrible service....

Terrible service. Called Monday for a window repair, they were sending someone to take measurement. Waited all day, nobody showed up. Called back Tuesday, same answer they would send someone over. Again no one showed up and not even a phone call.

You really see when things go wrong

I have been working with Vitrerie Leon Charlevoix many times in the past but this time is the last one. First time was for an Italian shower glass nearly 10 years ago. The price was 800$, that was quite expensive but I was ready to pay for it. They came to take the measurements. When they came back, 2 weeks after, to install it, the glass was too small. Since I knew it was a big deal for them to change such an expensive glass, I did accept it. They put some aluminum to make it fit. They did not propose me any discount for their mistake. I was a bit disappointed but decided to live with it. That was a big mistake because my shower has been leaking since the beginning. Recently I have decided to make a new shower $$$. After that time, I have been dealing with them many times for window glasses because they were very close from my buildings. Last time, I am not sure what happen (whether me or my contractor) did not took the good measurements. The thing is that the glass was too small for the window. Not really expensive but the piece was large enough to be reused by another customer. They simply did not offer any discount to take it back. They just give the impression that they do not care about their customers. They are happy to have your money but if things go wrong, they just don't care about you! They have been in business for so many years that customer is not important any more for their business.

I purchased mirros for my dance studio from Charlebois and I am very satisfied. The price was very competitive and the service was excellent. The guys who did the installation worked quickly and did an fantastic job. I strongly recommend getting a quote from Charlebois for any of your glass or mirrors needs.
