Excellent service! On a road trip across Canada, they were so accommodating to our problem. Doing everything within reason to make our unscheduled stop as quick and enjoyable as possible. Everyone was so nice! Well recommended.

Service was excellent! My car was taken in right away, and I was on the road again within the hour. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the folks at Panda Tire, and will definitely go see them again in the future!

Honest auto service.

A coworker recommended panda tire to me when I was new to the city. I've now been a loyal customer of panda tire for 10 years and have always found them to be fair and honest in all of my business dealings with them. I would recommend panda to anyone that was looking for some automobile repair. Plus it is nice to know that I am supporting a family owned business. And not a faceless car dealership.

I have been getting service on my vehicles for the past 25 years at Panda tire and have consistently received fast friendly service. I have reported things that need attention when I take it in for routine service like a running light not working and when I went to pay my bill the only thing wrong with it was a loose connection, I wasn't charged! That speaks volumes in the honesty of this business. The certified technicians working there keep my vehicles in top condition. Keep up the good work!!

Panda Tire & Auto cares for all of their clients as if they were family. This is a family owned business that started in 1989, and truly cares about building not only the business but relationships that make Panda Tire & Auto possible and successful.

They are very dishonest. I took my vehicle there for air conditioning check and when I got it back the 'No seatbelt' indicator no longer worked and my fuel pump started sputtering (After $1,200 bill to look at a/c). I think stupidly took my vehicle for an oil change. They told me my air filters needed changing. I just changed them before I took my car in so I suspect they just wanted some easy cash. They are your stereotypical automotive shop where you take your car in and they 'find issues'.

I would never recommend this place for auto services specially for command start installation. I had mine installed before winter 2012. Used it for couple of months, quit working. Went back there, they said they fixed it. Next winter quit again, now i have to pay over dollars to replace the remote itself. After few months, quit working again, went back there and another $200+ to replace the wiring. But i couldn't afford to pay them everytime they fix something they installed. Thanks to panda tire, now i don't have working command start and i hope they enjoyed the money i paid them for installing it.

they said i need a wheel alignment, quoted me one price then charged me double the price. i took the car to a different shop a few days later and told them what was done, and they said there was no wheel alignment done on this vehicle. when back and confronted panda tire about it and they said "they check it and it was good" i said "why did i need one and why was the price doubled" they said the price was double because need any parts, its company policy." don't go here it is a horrible place.
