The first room wasn’t cleaned, the second room looked like it was from the ghetto, hot / cold water taps reversed, bath not cleaned from previously being used... paid full price to hear trains going by all night! The morning continental breakfast was bare, no milk, no waffles, one slice of bread, no coffee made, no boiled eggs or scrambled, place not cleaned either, I got pictures. The manager offered a 15$ reimbursement, nice gesture but still does change the facts!
