Canadian Tire General Store

Brought the car for a warranty tire repair. They told me that balancing is not included in the free repair and charged me for it. A while later I learned from the manager at another location that the repair should have been free, period. I went back to the store to request a refund. Two fairly rude employees insisted that I had likely requested the balancing myself. After insisting, they said that I had to talk to the manager; who, conveniently, was out for lunch at 11:15 in the morning.
