Very Poor Orthodontist

I went to Dr. Lalli in Feb. 2010 to have my braces put on, since then he has done NOTHING right. 1) He left my Palatal Expander on too long. 2) He had to cut my bands off and never put them back on. 3) He purposely slowed down my treatment for no apparent reason. 4) It took him 6 months to pick up a phone or to tell one of his assistants to do it, to make an appointment with a dental surgeon. 5) He guaranteed that my braces would be off before I moved. I had to switch orthodontists when I moved and literally the first thing my new ortho said when he looked at my braces was "Wow...". 6) Some brackets were on UPSIDE DOWN! 7) All of the brackets had to be repositioned because they were on wrong. 8) AFTER the braces were on and paid for, he said my teeth won't ever be perfectly straight. 9) His assistants need proper training. 4 times they put brackets on wrong or wrong wires that he had to change before I left (not that he did any better). I would NEVER recommend Dr. Lalli to anyone. He has very poor technique and is a waste of time and money. I can only say two positive things about the office. The office is nice and the girls who work there are friendly and nice.
