OK Tire Mid-West Auto Sales

Work was done, but customer service was terrible!

I have never received such bad service before! I just moved to Saskatchewan and had to get my car safety checked for insurance purposes. This location was less than 5 km from my house, so I chose to go here. The work was done in a day (which was good), but the price was on the high side of things. Also, one of my hub caps fell off sometime during the 5km drive from OK Tire to my house. I phoned the shop to ask about getting a replacement hub cap, as this was clearly their fault (I had a tire rotation done) and my inquiry was met with condescension. First, the employee tried to tell me that my ONE hub cap had probably been stolen off my vehicle (while I was driving? How stupid do you think I am?), and then he said that OK Tire does not take responsibility for lost hub caps. Granted, it did state that on the receipt I was given, but really? A TIRE place is not going to take responsibility for a hub cap that fell off less than 15 minutes after leaving their shop? The employee finally relented after I pointed out the ridiculousness of the situation, and said he would phone around to ask about getting a used hub cap for my car. He said he would phone me back to let me know what he found. I never heard from him. I will NEVER go back for ANY service, and would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE that I like.
