There is not room enough in this franchise operation building to adequately display loblaws products. There is total frustration by customers who happen to shop at the same time that merchandise is arrriving and being unpacked. The place is equal to an obstacle course and this is completely unfair to consumers in 2017. Smaller towns don't have a great deal of choice in grocery shopping nowadays. Service by staff is adequate re. consumers questions. Fail exception would be some checkout lines.

Generally, in-store sections staff are ready to answer questions. This is a relatively small structure, built in the 1960 era and filled with a lot of products crammed together, along with pretty narrow aisles. This can be a problem on very busy days and when large amounts of freight is being shelved. Checkout is a.completely different matter, and I feel there is quite a lot of room for improvement there. I really don't think there is Much effort needed for staff to say hello.
