Recently a friend asked me to help with some last minute wedding details, i was on the hook for candy scoops, red rocks and ribbon. Being a guy i turned to the Yellowpages application. I found Michaels and gave them a call, the woman who answered was very helpful, she took the time and gave me a price breakdown, what was what, described what everything looked like and then even emailed me some pictures. I knew exactly what i was getting before i got it. When i arrived she had everything at the front counter and even opened up a new till to help me out! I'd like to say from the start that I've no affiliation with this company. I'd not been to Cranbrook Photo for a couple of years, and I kick myself for that. I wandered in looking for a tripod mount and to ask a few questions. I couldn't have found a more helpful bunch of people. I was there about 30 minutes and could have happily stayed longer. They answered a number of other questions that I had, and couldn't do enough for me. They had the part I needed, and suggested some solutions to other problems I was having. I've never been to a place with such good customer service as they make you feel as if you are the only important person in the store. You can probably tell I'll be going back again in the future.
