I bought a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted a loaded one with big wheels. My salesman, Veer, found a Jeep at another dealership. We went through the specifications together and he told me it had 20 inch wheels. I ordered the car and it arrived 2 days later. When I drove it home, I checked and the wheels were only 18 inches. Veer said that the package could come with either 20 or 18, and that was all he could do.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Have been going to this dealership for service for 7 yrs first with my Mazda 3 and now with my CX5. Service is always great never an issues. There was a bit of a hiccup when the dealership's mechanic did not submit the out of province inspection I needed to register the car I was purchasing. However, they made up for this by being very apologetic and even gifted me a bottle of wine!
