Big Comfort If Busy Call

Went into the store and received exceptionally well customer service by one of their associates named Aahat And got the sofa i was looking for. Would recommend going.

horrible customer service. If you order a couch- don't expect a phone call to let you know where its at or if something is wrong they don't work very hard to get/keep your business

They would not take ownership of their own mistakes. They called me to pick up a couch that was the wrong one. Not much effort to make things right or compensation for the rental. They said I'll have to wait up to another 6 months without any furniture in my living room. Owner did not wish to speak with me. Nice!!

This is my second experience with Big Comfort Furniture. A few months back I bought a recliner for our nursery. The price was right and we've enjoyed the chair. Decided to go back today after visiting the store behind them (extremely over priced, sales people stalk you like you're an antelope roaming the Serengeti.)
