At first, I thoug...

At first, I thought Fish Creek Nissan was a great car dealership. A representative quickly contacted me to set up a time to look at cars. I wish I had not gone in... I drove my dream car, only to wait 2 weeks to hear back if I was approved or not. The finance team at Fish Creek Nissan is extremely brass and rude; the finance guy working on my case texted me I was declined. He failed to receive the proper information from me, and overall my experience here was disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! There are many other car dealerships in the South of Calgary that will take way better care of you while looking for your next car.

Horrible service, empty promises, and lies!

I purchased a vehicle from Fish Creek Nissan in the beginning of the year. An 03' 350z. I was promised that a missing signal light would be replaced and a headlight with condensation would be fixed before i picked up the vehicle. There was two weeks in between me buying the vehicle and picking it up. When i came at the instructed time to pick up the vehicle nothing had been done to it. I waited four hours at the dealership to pick it up. Both problems had not been fixed and I was told that the parts i needed had not come in yet. After three weeks of waiting and no one returning my phone calls I called Nissan Canada, which got FCN to call me back quickly but was told they would look into it and call me back. Times I've called 7, times I've been told that someone would call me right back 5, times I've received a call back 0. When I finally reached someone in the service department I was told there was no record of those parts ever being ordered for me. So now I'm stuck paying the $600 for a new headlight as well as whatever it costs for a new signal light. Don't waste your money here.
