Every time I took my infiniti for service, they had an incredible list of things that must be done. On one visit I was told I needed an oil change. I pointed out that I did not drive my car during the winter and that I only have put on roughly 1,500 km since the last change. The helpful service manager told me that the oil deteriorates in the engine and since it had been almost six months since the last change, I was due. This is just one example.

I have bad experience with my 2015 QX60, starts rust from tailgate.bad experience with Infiniti service for rust and 3M( coming off from all corners from day first) never ever will bought Infiniti.

I've bought 2 Infiniti's from here and I've had great experiences especially with Darren. The whole team is awesome to deal with!
