Kal Tire

Today I awoke to find that I had a flat tire. After using a portable compressor to fill tire w/ air I went to the my local kal Tire store. I asked if they could repair my tire and ther repair was completed in 1/2 hour. Thanks to Natasha @ front desk and Balal who repaired my flat. Both were very courteous and efficient. I was also able to make a Dr. appoinment on time as well. All the staff @ the store @ 3314 32 ST. ne.and have always been great over the years that I have frequented their store

They didnt tighten the lug nuts properly when they changed the tires on my moms car to winter tires. She went home with the loose nuts, endangering her life. Towed the car back to them and they told her car now had a problem with the axle and brakes that had nothing to do with their error. The car was fine before we took it in. In fact, I had driven it myself recently can attest to it running perfectly. After paying them almost 1000 dollars, her car is in the junkyard. Horrible!
