Leslie did an incredible job with my Irish Setter. He's really neurotic and also is a handful. Many other groomers have tried but none have been able to groom Moe this well. Highly recommended!

Had our 70 lb Standard Poodle in today. Very disappointed with the grooming. Shaggy tufts left all over him, his head Pom is uneven and gouged looking, hair not removed between the pads, the bottoms of his feet were dirty. The tail was not brushed out prior to trimming the fur, so it turned out with long tufts. His ears were still damp and not brushed out. Well, I guess since it took less than 2 hrs to bathe, blow dry, brush and groom, that is what happens. Certainly not worth the $126.

Been taking our dogs her for years but when we went this week the dogs come out with uneven cuts with long tufts of hair all over. Found out afterwards that the regular groomer is no longer there.

I have taken both my girls to other groomers who had no idea how to groom a Pomeranian and a havanese. I started taking both to fur to go and found very kind caring sweet groomer. And she was able to groom them properly to their breed type! Both my girls are happy and calm while there. I paid more at Shampooch and they came out hacked! I would highly recommend this groomer.

Love Kayley and the haircuts she gives my dog. She is so kind and compassionate. Never had a complaint. Highly recommended!!

Poor Customer Service

I have been going to get my dogs groomed at this business for the past 15 years. I took my spaniel in recently to get a 'summer' cut. I was very unhappy with the cut as it looks like hardly any fur was taken off. I complained to Kayley, the groomer and asked to have my dog redone. I was told that I would have to pay another $75.00 to get this corrected. I think this is a terrible way to run a business. I have been a long time client and have never had a complaint before.

Fast, friendly and professional service. My dog Romeo, is an Eskimo Peek-A-Poo who is a little gruff with strangers. He is handled beautifully and always comes out looking awesome with his little teddybear cut!
