Red Rose Florist

So disappointed with this business. Placed a $150.00 order n Monday for a delivery on Tuesday before noon. Was advised delivery could not be guaranteed as their deliveries don't start until 11:00 am. I explained the recipient was only in her office on Monday and Tuesday morning. So I guess I need to find a florist who does deliver in the morning and can guarantee it before 12.00.

i have received flowers from Red Rose a number of times, they were all beautiful arrangements and if you follow their instructions, change water daily, they last for weeks./ Keep up the good work. Donna

I ordered the "deluxe florist choice" for $75 for my wife on Valentine's Day. I ordered on the net 7 days in advance. My experience was as follows: (i) the flowers, only 8 single roses, were not delivered until after 8 pm, (ii) a balloon I ordered was not delivered although I was charged for it, (iii) I called the shop 3-4 times but the phone was never answered; mailbox was full so no messages, (iv) sent a message via their website requesting a refund for the balloon, but no answer.

Avoid this place! All my orders have been placed days in advance. The last three have been abysmal! One came as spray painted flowers for my daughters graduation which didn’t last the day, the next one was my wife’s birthday which was delivered at 9:45 at night and the last straw was Valentine’s Day. Getting the random call the day before from Marg for an additional $25 (extortion fee) delivery fee and then not delivering after! Then they have a young gal new to the shop managing the phone!

Terrible service. Rude employees.
