When you walk into Spa 4 Paws in Calgary’s Southview neighbourhood, expect to be greeted with a friendly bark. That’s Sandra Roszsa’s pet Lab, Diva, who gives everyone a loud welcoming hello. “I use her as my doorbell,” laughs Sandra. “Often I’m working with noisy equipment in the back, so my Lab tells me when someone is here. She works with me.”
Dogs have been Sandra’s passion all her life and after getting her obedience training certification she worked as a trainer and then a groomer at one of the big national pet retail chains. She then decided to open Spa 4 Paws so she could do things closer to her vision. “I decided to go independent because there were too many regulations and rules at the big box stores. Everything is the same for every dog,” says Sandra. “I think we needed a more individual approach for the dog’s comfort.”
Well Sandra, Sandra what can anyone say about her? She is an amazing person not only with dogs but also people. My dad took his dog to Spa 4 Paws until she passed away. My dads dog has a standing appointment every 5 weeks and she loved going. So now I have a blind puppy who Sandra has groomed and she looks fabulous when she is done. Thanks Sandra YOU ARE THE BEST!
I took both my girls in today for a nail clipping. Both girls are rescue dogs & are extremely nervous, shy & won’t let me or our vet near them to clip nails. My one dog has to be muzzled, or I should say “had” to be muzzled. Sandra & her team her are amazing!! Both my girls were in & out in 15 minutes & did so well. Very impressed will definitely be returning, next time booking full service for them both. Super impressed & highly recommend! Good job to my pooches Tiana & Tempest ??
Did my daughters cat nice job but needs a little more practice on caricature cuts such as what I had done the lion cut but still was pleased with cut my daughter usually goes to her regular pet groomer but coronia virus didn’t allow her usual but being open to help all us pet owners to still get the services we need, And a Big Thankyou for what I call an essential service,for pet lovers great service fast and good pricing actually very competitive pricing close to my home so location is perfect.

I had recently been told that my 15 year old dog could no longer be groomed at my local pet store chain due to mobility problems. After many phone calls and emails I found Sandra at Spa 4 Paws, who agreed to take him on. She was very kind and professional with my senior dog, and did a beautiful job of his groom. Anyone with this issue should definitely call Sandra and Spa 4 Paws.
I take all 3 of my dogs to this groomer and they are awesome. The owner is very caring and takes great care of my dogs while they are with her. I've used a few groomers but love that my dogs aren't afraid to be left at Spa 4 Paws, that is different from other groomers I had used! Definitely recommend this groomer...and has fantastic prices which I also love! :)
