I visited this location of The UPS Store on 9th Ave Centre Street NW by starbucks recently and was blown away with the efficiency and courtsey that was offered to me by the owner / operator. Not the fact that she was extremely courteous but also the details, options and facts presented to me. I just wanted to open a mailbox which was all done. After this I also got very good deals on printing of business cards, my flyers for the business and to top it - all my flyers will reach my customers duly printed, folded and courired- ALL I HAVE TO DO IS EMAIL THEM WHAT I WANT. The present deal on color copies was extremely attractive for the amount of printing I needed. It is a real one stop shop for all printing and shipping. I recommend everyone to go to this store, if you really want to experience what customer service feels like - in the present Calgary market.

I received excellent service from this UPS Store. At a difficult time I had to ship some items East. After contacting several shipping companies and discovering the large cost, their lack of service and interest in my needs, I contacted this UPS Store. The owner came to my house, assessed my shipping needs, picked up the items to be shipped, carefully wrapped and arranged for their shipment (even working late into the night). All of the items arrived safely. They provided excellent service, and excellent customer relations, and the price was completely reasonable. If you need great service and services, this is the store to go to.
