not impressed, tried for 2 days to buy a TV from the online store, was referred to my bank to address the error received when attempting to finalize the order. So i spend an hour and a half on the phone with my bank, get told that Visions in particular throws errors when processing payments, they reduced the security restrictions on my card temporarily and asked that I retry. Still get the error. Call back and now it's a known issue, they have no fix, no workaround.

Worst ever customer service experienced from this store today. The store manager is having NO customer service attitude nor accountability for their own error in completing the sales transaction. His answer for questioning on the details of the error was .. I do not speak for that as i didnt do it. Unwillingness to explain nor to calm unhappy customer down in resolving the transaction error that was caused by his own staff. Very Disappointed Visions Electronics

David the Manager in Visions Signal Hill was a nice smart sales guy who made me feel comfortable and understand things for me to buy the product.

David the manager went above and beyond to help us out during our visit. He has such an amazing and friendly personality that made me feel very comfortable to ask him anything. I switched my phone plan because he gave me a better deal for what I needed and I have been thrilled with everything he has sold me. I would highly recommend David to anyone. Even when David was occupied with us, I noticed he was professionally making sure the store ran properly and customers were happy.Thanks, Eva&Attila
